Tooling
Where new tooling is needed, it is quoted with the part price so the total cost is visible.
Sample
A sample is produced for fit and finish approval.
Production
Approved sample becomes the reference for the run.
Repeat
Tooling and reference stay on file for reorders.

What do you need from me to start?
A drawing, a sketch, a photograph or a sample of the part. Any one of these is enough for a first assessment.
Do I have to pay for a new mould?
Only if no existing tooling fits. Standard corner, handle and ornament families are already tooled.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling terms are agreed in writing before it is cut. Raise it at quotation stage so it is documented.
How long does a new part take?
It depends on tooling complexity. Ask with your drawing and a schedule is given with the quotation.
