JiaShan StarOcean Plastic & Hardware Co., Ltd produces the hardware that shows on a finished casket: corners, lugs, handles, swing bars, screws and ornaments, plus urns, memorial fittings and complete caskets.
What We Do
The plant sits in WanYang Industrial Park in GanYao, JiaShan, about an hour from Shanghai. Moulding, die casting, vacuum metallizing, plating, set assembly and packing all happen on the same site, which is the reason a corner, a swing bar and an ornament from one order come back in the same colour even though they are made from different materials.
The catalogue currently runs to 309 models across fourteen categories. Numbered families such as the P9000 plastic handles, the ZH metal handles and the ZA casket hardware series have been in production long enough that a buyer can reorder a matching part years after the first shipment, which matters when a casket needs a replacement fitting rather than a whole new set.
Who We Sell To
Casket and coffin manufacturers, funeral supply distributors, funeral homes with their own workshops, and memorial and monument suppliers. Export accounts for 90 per cent or more of production, going to North America, South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa.
How We Work
Most projects start with something simple: a drawing, a sketch, a photograph or a physical part. That is enough to check the part against existing tooling, which is what removes mould cost from most new casket models. Plastic samples are supplied free of charge, trial orders are accepted so a market can be tested, and sample freight is credited back against the order that follows.
What We Do Not Claim
The company's own records give three different founding years and its last published ISO 9001 certificate ran to October 2025. Rather than pick the most flattering number, those points are left open here and in the Trust Center until current documents are supplied.
