OEM ODM and Tooling
Existing moulds cover most standard families, and new parts are developed from a drawing, a sketch, a photograph or a physical sample.
Colour Matching and Plating
Two vacuum metallizing and coating lines, plus polishing and electroplating for zamak parts, all inside the same plant.
Set Building and Packing
Corners, lugs, bars and ornaments counted into sets, bagged piece by piece and cartoned for a long sea route.
Sampling and Trial Orders
Plastic samples are supplied free of charge, trial orders are accepted so a market can be tested, and freight is credited back against the order that follows.
