New model launch
A decoration family is chosen, one sample set is approved, then the whole model runs to that reference.
Running line replenishment
Repeat orders are produced against the sample already on file, so nothing has to be re-approved.
Mixed market production
American swing bar sets for one market and European wrapped handles for another, from the same plant.
From Enquiry To Delivered Container
Specification
Send the casket drawing or a photograph of the model you are fitting.
Sample
A sample set is produced and shipped for a trial fit.
Approval
The approved set becomes the colour and content reference.
Production
Typically 20 to 30 days depending on model and finish.
Packing
Poly bag per piece, cartoned, bars packed separately.
Shipping
Consolidated into one container with your other models.
What the Factory Commits To
- Production typically 20 to 30 days after colour and quantity approval
- Monthly capacity published per model, for example 30000 sets or 50000 pieces
- Packing: Each piece in a poly bag, packed by the carton; steel bars packed separately.
- Payment: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P or Western Union.
- Certification: ISO 9001 quality system, with SGS and BV reports on product ranges.

Can you match the hardware we already fit?
Yes. Send a corner, handle or bar from current stock and the finish is matched, then held as the reference for repeat orders.
Do we need to pay for tooling?
Not for standard families. Existing moulds cover most corner, handle and ornament designs, which removes tooling cost from a new casket model.
What load figures can you provide?
Where a model has a published weight bearing figure it appears in its specification table. Samples can be supplied for your own testing.
Can hardware ship with our casket parts in one container?
Yes. Hardware, casket parts and knock down shells are consolidated into a single shipment.
