How It Runs From Enquiry To Shipment
Six stages, each with a point where you approve something before the next one starts.
Swatch received
Physical swatch or colour card reference arrives with the enquiry.
Lab dip
A lab dip is dyed and sent for approval before any bulk is committed.
Approval
You approve the dip. Nothing goes into bulk until it is signed off.
Bulk dyeing
Bulk is dyed on the intelligent dyeing lines against the approved dip.
Fastness check
Colour fastness, shrinkage and evenness are checked before rewinding.
Rewind and pack
Yarn is rewound to the agreed cone or tube and packed to your spec.
