Five Lines That Get You A Real Quotation
A quotation needs five things. With all five we can answer the same day. With two of them the reply is another set of questions.
Yarn count and ply
For example 40S/2 or 20S/3. If you do not know, tell us the fabric instead.
Colour
A colour card reference, a Pantone number or a physical swatch posted to us.
Quantity
MOQ is 10 tons for yarn, 500 kg for black and white thread and 200 kg for other colours.
Cone or tube
Paper cone, plastic dye tube, or the finished small cone for the sewing floor.
Destination port
So the quote can be FOB, CIF or DDP rather than ex-works.
Before You Send The First Email
What information should I include in a first email?
Count and ply, colour or a colour card reference, quantity, cone type and your destination port. That is enough for a firm quote.
Do you accept small trial orders?
Finished sewing thread starts at 200 kg for colours and 500 kg for black and white. Yarn MOQ is 10 tons.
What are your working hours?
Mon-Fri 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Sat-Sun 10:00AM to 6:00PM, China standard time.
Can I visit the factory?
The plant is in the economic development area of Hanchuan City, Hubei Province, close to Wuhan. Arrange a visit by email first.
