Ordering Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Spun polyester yarn, raw white or dyed, is 10 tons. Finished sewing thread is 500 kg for black and white and 200 kg for other colours.
Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T and L/C.
Which shipping terms can you quote?
FOB, CIF and DDP.
How long does production take?
Shipment is 15-25 days after we receive the deposit or the original L/C.
Product Questions
Which counts do you produce?
20S/2, 20S/3, 20S/4, 30S/2, 30S/3, 40S/2, 40S/3, 42S/2, 45S/2, 50S/2, 50S/3, 60S/2 and 60S/3.
What raw material do you use?
100% YIZHENG polyester staple fiber.
TFO or ring twist?
Both. State which one you need in the order, along with S or Z direction.
Can you match a colour?
Yes, to a colour card or a physical swatch. A lab dip is approved before bulk dyeing.
Packing and shipping Questions
How is yarn packed?
Raw white on paper cone at 1.67 kg/cone or plastic dye tube at 1.25 kg/cone, 25 kg per pp bag. Dyed yarn at 1.25 kg/cone in 25 kg bags or 1.0 kg/cone in 24 kg bags.
How is sewing thread packed?
12 cones per box, 10 boxes per carton, or to your requirement.
How much fits in a container?
Raw white: 8-10 tons in a 20GP, 20-25 tons in a 40HQ. Dyed: 8.5-9 tons and 20-24 tons.
Where does it ship from?
Hanchuan City, Hubei, close to the Wuhan port, airport and railway hub.
Samples and quality Questions
How fast can I get a sample?
Samples are prepared within 3-7 days.
What do you test?
Tensile strength, colour fastness, shrinkage and yarn evenness.
Which standards do you state?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 class 1, REACH and international garment standards. Ask for current certificate copies with your order.
Can I visit the plant?
Yes, arrange it by email first. The plant is in the economic development area of Hanchuan City.
