Cone and tube weights
Raw white yarn ships on paper cones at 1.67 kg per cone or on plastic dye tubes at 1.25 kg per cone, both bagged at 25 kg per pp bag. Dyed yarn ships at 1.25 kg per cone in 25 kg bags, or 1.0 kg per cone in 24 kg bags.
Finished thread packing
Finished sewing thread is boxed at 12 cones per box and 10 boxes per carton. Any other box or carton count can be run to your requirement.
Container loading
Raw white loads at 8-10 tons in a 20GP and 20-25 tons in a 40HQ. Dyed yarn loads slightly lighter at 8.5-9 tons and 20-24 tons because of the tube.
Marking and documents
Carton marking follows your instruction. Payment is by T/T or L/C and shipment leaves 15-25 days after the deposit or the original L/C is received.
