How Brooks luggage gets from the California warehouse to your garage.

Carriers We Use

We use FedEx Ground for the lower 48 states of the United States, and Priority Mail for any other US states and territories.

For international orders we prefer USPS Express Mail, which can be tracked and usually takes about a week for delivery depending on the location and the customs clearing speed of each country.

Dispatch Time

Orders typically ship within 24 business hours from the time your payment is received. Everything is stocked in our own warehouse in California.

Quoted shipping rates are for FedEx Ground shipping. For shipping to US locations other than the lower 48 states, and for Canada, either by Express Mail or Priority Mail, please contact us directly for a rate.

What is the return policy+–
All returns need prior authorization. The item must be returned within 14 days of the arrival date, in original condition and never installed. The purchase price is refunded; shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
