All products are inventoried in our own warehouse in California.

How fast do orders ship+–
Orders typically ship within 24 business hours from the time payment is received.
Which carrier do you use+–
FedEx Ground covers the lower 48 states. Priority Mail is used for other US states and territories. For international orders we prefer USPS Express Mail, which can be tracked and usually takes about a week depending on the destination and how quickly customs clears it.
What is the return policy+–
All returns need prior authorization. The item must be returned within 14 days of the arrival date, in original condition and never installed. The purchase price is refunded; shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Do panniers come with the racks+–
It depends on the set. Some pannier systems include electro-polished stainless steel racks; on others the racks are sold separately. Each product page states which applies. The fitment guide lists it in one table.
