How do I place an order+–
Call (408) 658-6810 to order by credit card with a representative, or email with the product name and code plus your bike model and year.
How do I pay+–
Payment is by credit card or PayPal Express Checkout, and you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. To order by credit card directly with a representative, call (408) 658-6810.
Do you stock these or drop ship them+–
All products are inventoried in our own warehouse in California.
How fast do orders ship+–
Orders typically ship within 24 business hours from the time payment is received.
Which carrier do you use+–
FedEx Ground covers the lower 48 states. Priority Mail is used for other US states and territories. For international orders we prefer USPS Express Mail, which can be tracked and usually takes about a week depending on the destination and how quickly customs clears it.
What is the return policy+–
All returns need prior authorization. The item must be returned within 14 days of the arrival date, in original condition and never installed. The purchase price is refunded; shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
