Packing, Handling and Export Logistics
A coil damaged in transit is a coil you cannot wind. Packing is specified as part of the order, not left to the shipping department.
Packing specification
Coils are packed in a way that prevents damage during transport and storage, using suitable materials such as wooden crates or plastic wrapping. Handling instructions are provided so that bending, scratching or other physical damage that would affect performance is avoided on arrival.
Sea, air and land
Sea, air and land transport are all supported. Sea freight suits production quantities; air freight is normally the right call for a rewind where the downtime cost is higher than the freight bill.
Lead time
Normally 10 to 30 days, depending on the order. The quotation states the lead time for your specific item and quantity rather than a catalogue average.
After delivery
The warranty period is 12 months after delivery.
Have a dimension you cannot source?
Narrow widths, odd inner diameters and single coils are all quotable. There is no minimum order quantity.
