What the Factory Commits To
- Production typically 20 to 30 days after colour and quantity approval
- Monthly capacity published per model, for example 30000 sets or 50000 pieces
- Packing: Each piece in a poly bag, packed by the carton; steel bars packed separately.
- Payment: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P or Western Union.
- Certification: ISO 9001 quality system, with SGS and BV reports on product ranges.

Can I buy small quantities?
Many models start at 100 sets or 1000 pieces. Smaller quantities may be possible from current stock, so ask with the model number.
How do I match a part I already have?
Send a clear photograph and, if possible, the part itself. The model is identified and the finish matched.
Do you supply urns as well as hardware?
Yes. Aluminium, brass and steel urns are produced in the same plant group.
