Where they are built
In the Suizhou special vehicle base, which builds around seventy thousand special vehicles a year.
Who we are
Hubei Shenghui, a trade partner of the CLW group, working with Chengli Special Automobile Group for over fifteen years.
What we settle first
Drive side, emission standard, chassis brand and body equipment, all agreed before production starts.
How fast
Delivery in twenty to forty five days on FOB or CIF terms, with inspection photographs before shipment.
Product Range
Every vehicle below is built on a chassis you choose and a body specified with you before production starts.
Compactor garbage trucks
Sealed compaction bodies that let one crew clear more collection points per shift without spillage on the street.
Refrigerated trucks
Insulated bodies with refrigeration units for cold chain distribution of food, drink and medical cargo.
Oil tank trucks
Compartmented fuel tankers built for diesel, petrol and lubricant delivery with export grade fittings.
Water sprinkler trucks
Water tank and sprinkler vehicles for road washing, dust suppression, irrigation and emergency water supply.
Trucks with crane
Truck mounted cranes that load, carry and unload with one vehicle and one operator.
Road sweeper trucks
Brush and vacuum sweepers that collect road dust and debris and keep it contained in the hopper.
Wrecker and recovery trucks
Tow and recovery vehicles with boom, underlift and flatbed configurations for roadside and accident recovery.
Clean and sewage suction trucks
Vacuum tankers for septic emptying, sewer cleaning and liquid waste transport.
Fire fighting trucks
Water and foam pumper vehicles for municipal, industrial and site fire response.
Aerial platform trucks
Telescopic work platforms for street lighting, power lines, signage and facade work.
Ambulances
Patient transport and intensive care conversions on van and four wheel drive chassis for health services and clinics.
The Numbers Behind the Factory
Industries We Supply
Fleets that have to work every day. These are the sectors we build for, and what each one needs settled before production.
Municipal sanitation
Compactors, sweepers, suction tankers and sprinklers specified to the bins, streets and shift patterns a city already works with.
Fire and rescue
Pumpers, foam appliances and aerial platforms specified against the risk a station actually covers.
Fuel and liquid logistics
Compartmented fuel tankers, water tankers and vacuum units built to the fuel and transport rules of the destination country.
Emergency medical services
Ambulance conversions built around the equipment list and clinical protocol the buyer supplies.
Construction and utilities
Trucks with crane, aerial platforms and recovery vehicles that carry and lift with one vehicle and one operator.
Knowledge Centre
Guides for buyers importing special vehicles, written around the decisions that actually delay a shipment.
How to choose a garbage truck for your collection rounds
Bin standard, hopper volume and chassis availability decide whether a compactor suits your city, and all three are settled before the build.
LHD, RHD and emission standards when importing Chinese trucks
Drive side and emission level are registration questions, not preferences, and getting either wrong can leave a vehicle unregisterable on arrival.
Ro-Ro or container shipping for special vehicles
Vehicle height, body type and destination port facilities decide the shipping mode, and the choice changes both cost and arrival condition.
Export documents you receive with a Chinese special vehicle
The document set a destination customs office will ask for, and why it is agreed before the vehicle is built rather than after.
Specifying an ambulance conversion for your health service
The interior has to match the protocol your crews are trained on, which makes the equipment list the starting point rather than the vehicle.
Using a water tank truck for dust control on haul roads
Dust suppression is a spray pattern and cycle time problem, not a tank volume problem, and specifying it by volume alone produces the wrong truck.
How an Order Runs
Tell us the mission
What the vehicle has to do, in which country, and on which side of the road it will drive.
Specification agreed
Chassis brand, emission standard, body equipment and layout settled in writing before anything is built.
Built and photographed
The finished vehicle is photographed and, where there is equipment to test, operated before it leaves the yard.
Shipped with the documents
FOB or CIF, with the export document set the destination customs office will ask for.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you build right hand drive vehicles?
Yes. Drive side is chosen at the specification stage along with the emission standard, because both depend on the registration rules of the destination country.
Can I choose the chassis brand?
Yes. Bodies are built on SHACMAN, HOWO, ISUZU, DONGFENG, FORD, FOTON, IVECO and JAC chassis. Local parts availability is usually the deciding factor and is worth checking before you choose.
Can I inspect the vehicle before it ships?
Yes. Customers are invited to the factory to see production, and where a visit is not practical we send inspection photographs and video, and accept third party inspection.
What happens after the vehicle arrives?
Support does not stop at the port. Our team has travelled to customers, including a service visit to South Africa, to support equipment already in daily fleet service.
Tell us what the vehicle has to do
Describe the job, the country and the chassis you prefer. You will get a specification, a price and a delivery date, and inspection photographs before the vehicle ships.
