The same vehicle is bought for very different reasons: washing streets in a city, keeping dust down on a haul road, watering plantings, or carrying drinking water when a supply fails. The nozzle set and pump decide which of those it does well.
Tank volume, material and whether the water is potable are settled at the enquiry stage, because a mild steel tank is the wrong answer for drinking water no matter how good the price looks.
