Packing And Export Preparation
The part of the order that decides whether stock can be sold on arrival: bagging, labelling, carton marks, ratios and inspection.
Stage by Stage
Where Orders Break And What Is Done About It
Bagging
Problem. Loose packed garments arrive creased and get repacked by hand
How it is handled. One garment per OPP bag as standard, with retail polybags when you supply artwork
Labelling
Problem. Labels that do not match the destination market are rejected at receiving
How it is handled. Care, size and composition labelling is set from your specification before production
Ratios
Problem. Cartons arrive in a ratio nobody can sell
How it is handled. Size and colour ratios are packed to your list rather than to a fixed default
Marking
Problem. Carton marks do not match the warehouse system
How it is handled. Carton marking and barcodes follow your specification and artwork
Inspection
Problem. Problems are found after the container lands
How it is handled. You or your agent book a third-party inspection before shipment
