Decide What The Order Is For

A first order is either a test or a stock buy, and the two are planned differently. A test spreads the budget across several designs in one size run so you learn which artwork sells. A stock buy concentrates on the design you already know works. Mixing the two aims is how buyers end up with a warehouse full of an untested print.

Work With The Minimum Rather Than Against It

The published minimum for this range is 300 pcs. That figure is about the run, not about each design, so ask how it can be split across prints, colours and sizes. A buyer who asks that question usually gets a more useful order than one who asks for the minimum to be waived.

Sample Before You Commit

Sample the styles you intend to photograph or put on a floor. Wear them, wash them, and measure them. The sample you approve becomes the reference bulk is measured against, so an hour spent on it is worth more than any specification exchanged over email.

Decide Labelling And Packing Early

Own labels, hangtags, polybags and barcodes are part of the production run, not something added at the end. Sending artwork after the bulk has been cut means either a delay or a second handling operation. Decide before sampling whether the garments need to be floor-ready or warehouse-ready.

Plan The Repeat Before The First Order Ships

Ask whether the fabric and print you chose can be run again, and keep the approved sample. Buyers who plan the repeat at the start can reorder a winner in weeks. Buyers who do not usually find the design is no longer reproducible when they need it.
