Artwork
Problem. Files arrive at the wrong resolution or with no repeat, and get redrawn
How it is handled. Artwork is checked for repeat and resolution before sampling so the redraw happens once
Scale
Problem. A motif that looks right on screen sits wrong on a leg
How it is handled. Scale and placement are set on the pattern, then shown on a physical sample
Colour
Problem. Screen colour and printed colour never match
How it is handled. Colour is signed off on a physical sample against your reference, not on a screen proof
Sampling
Problem. The first bulk run becomes the test, which is expensive
How it is handled. The print sample is approved before the bulk cut and kept as the reference
Repeat
Problem. The second run of a print does not match the first
How it is handled. Repeats are measured against the retained sample, and a fresh comparison sample can be made first

What resolution should artwork be
Send the highest resolution original you have rather than an export sized for the web, and mark where the repeat starts.
Can several designs run in one order
Yes. Digital artwork does not need a plate per design, so one run can carry several prints.
How is colour agreed
On a physical sample against your reference swatch or code. Screen proofs are only used to agree layout.
Who owns the artwork I send
You do. It is used for your order only, and it is removed from our files after production if you ask.
