From Drawing To Delivery

Email your drawing to in PDF, DWG or STEP. The mailbox is checked for quotations 24 hours.

Tell us the quantity, the material grade, the tolerance that matters and any surface or heat treatment the drawing calls for.

We review the drawing against our equipment and come back with the price and the lead time.

On approval we machine a first article and check it on material, dimension and treatment before the run starts.

The run is produced, inspected in the measuring room and shipped, with treatment handled inside the same order.

Can You Handle A Part That Needs Several Of These Services
Yes, that is the normal case. HPM offers turn-key services, so turning, milling, wire cut, grinding and treatment are quoted and managed inside one order rather than shipped between suppliers.
Which Service Does My Part Need
Send the drawing and we will tell you. Round parts usually go to turning, prismatic parts to milling, profiles in hardened material to wire cut, and anything with a hole under 1 mm to the ultra-small hole drilling cell.
Do You Machine To Your Own Standard Or To My Drawing
To your drawing. The material grade, the dimensional tolerance and the treatment standard all come from the drawing and those are the three things the part is checked against.
Do You Take Prototype Quantities
Send the drawing and the quantity you have in mind and we will quote it. A first article is machined and checked before any production run starts.
