Price basis, payment, samples, delivery, warranty and returns — written out in full so a buyer can check them before asking for a quotation.

Terms Of Supply

Price terms

FOB Shenzhen; CFR or CIF quoted on request.

Payment

100% T/T in advance or Western Union preferred; irrevocable L/C at sight accepted.

Samples

Samples available after sample charges are received; sample charges refunded when the order is confirmed (accessories only).

Delivery

Shipment arranged within one week after payment clears when the item is in stock; otherwise scheduled accordingly.

Shipping

DHL, UPS, FedEx or any courier designated by the buyer.

Returns

Returns accepted for quality reasons within the warranty period, excluding misuse, negligence or accident; contact sales for confirmation before returning.

Warranty

Equipment

18 months after shipment. Production runs under the factory quality control system and every shipment is inspected before it leaves Shenzhen.

Accessories

12 months after shipment. Contact sales for confirmation before returning anything; returns without confirmation are not accepted.
