From Enquiry To Delivery

Step 1 Identify Send the monitor make and model, or a photograph of the socket and of the part being replaced. Worn model markings are normal and a photograph is usually enough.
Step 2 Confirm We match the request against the published compatibility list for the part and confirm fit in writing before quoting. Where the fit is uncertain we say so rather than shipping and hoping.
Step 3 Quote Pricing is quoted FOB Shenzhen, with CFR or CIF on request. Mixed part numbers consolidate onto one quotation.
Step 4 Sample Samples are available once sample charges are received. For accessories the sample charge is refunded when the order is confirmed.
Step 5 Produce and inspect Production runs under the factory quality control system and every shipment is inspected before it leaves.
Step 6 Ship Stock items ship within one week of cleared payment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or a courier you nominate.
Step 7 Support Accessories carry 12 months of warranty from shipment, with returns accepted for quality reasons inside that period.
