- Dimensional checking of face-to-face length and flange drilling before assembly
- Coating inspection on the epoxy finish before valves are marked and packed
- Records kept against the order so certificates can be reissued later

Quality and Inspection FAQ
What tests are done on every valve?
Shell tightness, seat tightness and full travel with operating torque are checked on the assembled valve before it is marked and packed.
Can we get the test records with the shipment?
Yes. Test records and material certificates are issued with the order when you ask for them at the time of ordering.
Can we send a third party inspector?
Yes. Third party inspection at our plant is arranged around the production schedule. Tell us at order stage so the test can be witnessed.
Which certificates does the plant hold?
ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management. Product approvals required in your own market are confirmed before order rather than assumed.
How are the valves protected in transit?
Sealing faces are protected, bolt holes are plugged where required, and the valves are crated as one lot with marking that matches your order numbering.
