A Valve Plant in Jinnan District Tianjin Since 1998

Tianjin MIC Valve Co., Ltd. is located in Jinnan District, Tianjin, in the north of China. The plant sits to the right of Jingang Highway and is only 50 km from Xingang seaport, about a sixty minute drive, which is why most of what we build leaves the country in a container rather than on a truck.

The company was established in 1998 and specialises in the manufacture of medium- and low-pressure valves. Over the years it became a production and export base in the Tianjin area for centreline butterfly valves, flanged butterfly valves and check valves. It holds international certification to the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system, and works under that quality assurance and corporate management system across design, development, manufacturing, inspection and testing.

The company has a registered capital of RMB 5 million. Through more than ten years of development it grew to cover an area of 16860 square metres with a floorage of up to 11800 square metres. There are 136 employees, including 17 senior technical personnel. The plant runs 59 sets of large and medium fine machining equipment as well as 10 sets of inspection and testing equipment imported from abroad. Annual sales are RMB 5.7 million.

We design and produce valves sized below DN2600. The core programme covers over 600 varieties and models, with nominal diameter from DN10 to DN2600 mm and nominal pressure from 0.05 to 4.0 MPa. The products are used in water supply and drainage, power generation, petroleum, chemical engineering, heat supply, shipping, pharmacy and metallurgy, serving as throttling and regulating devices on pipelines.

Our operating philosophy is simple and has not changed: all for customers, all originated from innovation. We apply a quality product strategy, and we would rather tell a buyer that a valve is wrong for their duty than sell it and deal with the consequences later.
