Eternity bands, tennis lines and pave work live on whether every stone matches its neighbour in colour, clarity and cut. Stones are hand selected before any metal is cut, which is why these runs are quoted per piece.
We Build It, You Sell It, Under Your Own Label
The workshop accepts OEM and ODM work, engraves your own label, supplies product photography and handles production and delivery, so a small brand can carry matched stone jewellery without holding inventory.

Most custom jewellery orders fail somewhere between the drawing and the bench. A stone is matched loosely and a tennis line dims halfway along. A jade cabochon is set into a closed back and reads as opaque green. A pearl is drilled off axis and the ring sits crooked. These are all decisions taken by a person holding the piece, and they cannot be specified around.

What This Factory Publishes Instead
- The workshop designs, casts, sets, drills and polishes in one building in Shuibei, Shenzhen, which is where the decisions stay with the person who can see the stone. It publishes what it will and will not state: GIA certificates on certified stones, Type A certification on jade, nickel-safe alloys, and photographs of the actual piece where the material is individual.

- A stone layout photographed for approval before the first stone is set
Eight Stages From A Napkin Sketch To A Finished Piece
These are the stages the factory publishes on its own process and solutions boards, and the specific failure each one exists to prevent.
Jewelry Sketch
A piece that is wrong on paper is wrong in gold.
Your napkin sketch, reference photograph or vector artwork is redrawn by the design team into a working drawing with dimensions, stone sizes and metal weight marked.
Jewelry CAD
The model is where cost is decided, not where it is discovered.
The drawing becomes a 3D CAD model. Stone seats, wall thickness and gallery openings are all set here, and the model is what gets approved before anything is cut.
Jewelry Wax
Wax is the cheapest place to change your mind.
Molten wax is injected into the mould cavity under pressure to produce the model for casting. A wax can be held, sized and rejected at a fraction of the cost of a casting.
Jewelry Casting
Metal goes in once.
The wax is invested and burned out, and the piece is cast in the specified karat and colour. Casting faults are found here rather than after a week of setting work.
Jewelry Filing
Surplus metal is removed before it becomes a permanent feature.
Filing takes off the surplus metal from the casting and smooths the surface, the step that decides whether the finished piece feels made or merely produced.
Jewelry Stone Setting
This is the part nobody can outsource to a machine.
Prong, bezel, channel and pave work, done by hand at the bench. Colour sequences are laid out and approved before the first stone goes in.
Jewelry Polishing
Polish is the last chance and the first thing seen.
The piece is polished stage by stage, working around soft and treated stones rather than through them.
Jewelry Cleaning And Inspection
Nothing leaves on the assumption that it is right.
Each piece is cleaned and inspected under magnification: prong tips, seam clearance, bead height, clasp function and, where relevant, the certificate number against the stone.

Matched Stone Work: An Eternity Band And A Tennis Line
On a full eternity band every stone sits beside two others at the same height under the same light, on a curve that meets itself. On a tennis line the row has to read identically for seven inches while bending. In both cases a stone a shade warmer or a fraction longer is visible from across a table.

When the stone is chosen from a report, every remaining decision is in the mount, and the two that matter are height and weight. A high cathedral head levers the stone every time the hand catches something. A mount cast too light flexes, and flexing is what loosens prongs.

Jade And Pearl: Mounting Material Nobody At The Bench Chose
None of this material can be ordered to a size. A carving arrives finished, a cabochon is hand cut, a bangle is whatever the rough allowed, and a pearl is drilled exactly once. The mount has to be drawn around what exists rather than the stone being adjusted to a standard seat.

Repeatability. A motif bracelet has to bead identically across five separate panels, and a pave form has to close its stone rows down a taper without the bead work going ragged. Both have to be buildable again, months later, to the same standard.
