One supplier for the whole bill of materials
Bars, pods, whips, strip, marine lamps, switch panels and harnesses from one line and one set of test reports.
Compliance done before the container ships
E-mark approval, CISPR 25 Class 4 electromagnetic testing and FMVSS 108 documentation are held in house.
Designed for duty cycle, not peak lumens
Thermal headroom, sealing and connector quality decide whether a lamp survives its warranty. A headline lumen figure does not.
Private label without a trading layer
Distributors in Australia, North America, Europe and South Africa resell Sunlitec lighting under their own brand.
Product Range
Seven lighting families for vehicles, machinery and boats, built on the same line in Nanhai, Foshan, tested to the same standard and covered by the same compliance work.
LED work lights
Square, rectangular and round auxiliary work lamps for machinery, trucks and off-road vehicles, including the SLL-8100 heavy duty series.
LED light bars
Single row and multi row LED light bars for long range forward lighting on trucks, 4x4s and utility vehicles.
LED driving lights
Auxiliary driving lamps, spot and flood beam lights and LED head lights for road legal forward lighting.
LED whip lights
RGB and chasing LED safety whips for UTVs, buggies, dune vehicles and mine site light vehicles.
IP68 marine LED lighting
IP68 rated underwater, hull and deck LED lighting for boats, vessels and dock installations.
LED strip lighting
COB and SMD flexible LED strip, addressable RGB strip and reel stock for vehicle interiors, marine cabins and accent lighting.
Switch panels and wiring
Multi gang switch panels, app and remote control systems and fused wiring harnesses that complete the lighting installation.
The Numbers Behind the Factory
Industries We Supply
The same lamps, specified differently. What changes between these sectors is the duty cycle, the approval that has to be shown and the conditions the sealing has to survive.
Off-road and powersports
Lighting for 4x4s, UTVs, side by sides and dune vehicles that spend their life being shaken, submerged and washed.
Construction and engineering vehicles
Work lighting for excavators, loaders, cranes and site plant running long shifts in dust and vibration.
Agriculture and forestry
Work lighting for tractors, harvesters, sprayers and forestry machinery that works through the night in harvest season.
Marine and boat
IP68 hull, deck and underwater lighting plus cabin strip for boat builders, refit yards and marine distributors.
Mining and quarry
Work lighting and safety whips for haul trucks, light vehicles and support plant operating to site visibility standards.
Knowledge Centre
Guides written for people who specify vehicle lighting, built around the decisions that cause warranty claims rather than the ones that sell catalogues.
How to choose an LED work light for heavy machinery
Duty cycle, thermal headroom, sealing and beam pattern decide whether a work lamp lasts a season or a shift. Lumens barely enter into it.
IP67 vs IP68 for vehicle and marine lighting
The two ratings are one digit apart and describe very different service conditions. Fitting the wrong one below the waterline is an expensive mistake.
COB vs SMD LED strip light for vehicle interiors
One shows dots and one does not. Where the strip is visible or the diffuser is shallow, that difference decides the job.
Wiring auxiliary lights correctly
Most auxiliary lighting failures are wiring failures. Four decisions prevent nearly all of them.
Choosing and fitting LED whip lights
Height, colour and base fitting decide whether a whip passes a site inspection and whether it survives the season.
E-mark, CISPR 25 and FMVSS 108 explained for importers
Three approvals that decide whether your container clears customs and whether your customers pass inspection.
How an Order Runs
Tell us the application
Vehicle or vessel, mounting position, working distance and the market you sell into. Those four decide the lamp far more than a wattage figure does.
We specify lamp, beam and harness
Specified together rather than separately, so the installer receives a kit that works instead of three parts that might.
Compliance documents issued
E-mark certificates, CISPR 25 Class 4 reports and FMVSS 108 documentation go with the shipment, not after a customs query.
Tested before it ships
Mechanical, electronic and optical testing is done in house and every unit is inspected, so warranty claims stay where they belong.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your lights E-mark approved?
Yes. Our lighting is E-mark approved and tested to CISPR 25 Class 4, and FMVSS 108 documentation is available for the North American market. Certificates are issued with the shipment.
Can we sell your lights under our own brand?
Yes. Distributors in Australia, North America, Europe and South Africa already do. Private label covers the product, the packaging and the documentation, and the compliance work stays with us.
What is the difference between IP67 and IP68 on your marine lights?
IP67 covers temporary immersion, IP68 covers continuous immersion at a stated depth. Anything permanently below the waterline is specified IP68; deck and cabin fittings above it do not need to be.
Do you supply harnesses and switch panels as well as lamps?
Yes, and we recommend specifying them together. Most auxiliary lighting failures are wiring failures, and a harness sized to the lamps it feeds prevents nearly all of them.
Tell us what you need lit
Send the vehicle or vessel, the mounting position and the market you sell into, and we will specify the lamp, the beam and the harness against it.
