Send the size list
Sizes, colours and quantities, plus whether the goods carry your brand or ours. That is enough to price and to plan a container.
We plan the loading
Trunking, conduit and fittings are nested so a high cube leaves full. Half-empty containers cost the same freight as full ones.
Three inspection points
Profile dimensions off the line, cover fit against the base, and count and marking before the container closes.
Documents with the goods
Specification sheets and certificate copies are issued with the shipment rather than chased afterwards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make our profile in our own colour and printing?
Yes. OEM colours, printing and packaging run on the same thirty lines as our stock range, including size marking on the profile and your own bag design.
Do your fittings work with trunking from another supplier?
Sometimes, but we do not recommend planning on it. Our fittings come off the same moulds as our profiles, which is what guarantees the fit; a fitting matched by dimension after the fact usually sits proud or leaves a step.
What does self extinguishing mean on your specification?
It means the material stops burning when the flame source is removed rather than continuing to propagate. Our flame retardant sections carry the specification against IEC 61084-2-1, and we supply the sheet so a specifier can cite the reference rather than the claim.
Can we mix trunking, conduit and PPR pipe in one container?
Yes, and most of our buyers do. All four ranges are made on the same site, so a mixed container is one supplier, one inspection and one set of documents rather than three.
