Why buy a semi-finished core instead of finished cable?
Because the jacket carries your brand and the core carries the electrical performance. Buying the core lets you print, colour and box under your own label while skipping the foaming line, which is the bottleneck in most plants.
Can you match our existing construction exactly?
Send the construction sheet and a sample length if you have one. We quote against the specification you give us rather than substituting a nearest equivalent, and we say so if part of it is outside what we can produce.
Do you supply the machines as well as the cores?
Yes. Cable extrusion lines, GF series wire extrusion machines up to 900 kg/h, Teflon high-temperature lines, braiding machines and ABS reels, so a plant can move from buying cores to making them without changing supplier.

Yes. Every market wants a different jacket, which is exactly why the compound is sold alongside the core rather than applied here. You keep control of colour, print and branding.
