Who The Customer Is

ABB Turkey operates local production facilities and offices in Istanbul, Kocaeli, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa and Adana, with approximately 600 employees exporting to more than 70 countries. What We Did

The ABB Turkey team visited the Risheng plant at Pingxiang in April 2017 to see production directly.

Manufacturing Process

• Porcelain body forming and drying
• Glazing and kiln firing
• Metal fitting assembly and cementing
• Routine testing

Supply Chain Coordination

Risheng has produced on an OEM basis for internationally recognised manufacturers including Barberi, Comem and Cedaspe in Italy and ABB in Turkey.

Quality Control

Management systems at the plant are certified to ISO 9001:2015 for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environment and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, covering production and sales of high and low voltage electrical porcelain.
