0.45 micron is the routine choice for protecting HPLC columns. Move to 0.22 micron for UHPLC, sub-two-micron columns, or when the sample carries finer particulates.
Yes. The OEM division covers OEM plastic devices, OEM contract manufacturing, and membrane die-cut and packing, so private-label printing and packing can be arranged.
Standard packing across the ranges is 100 pieces per pack, with part numbers printed on each housing so membrane type and pore size can be confirmed at the bench.
Single-use filters should not be reused because of carry-over risk. Where consumable cost on large volumes matters, the reusable filter holder takes flat membrane discs and is cleaned between samples.
