MEP Power supplies the Cummins ISME as a complete 6-cylinder in-line vehicle diesel engine of 10.8 L running a 114 * 144.5 mm bore and stroke. It is rated at 254 kW (345 HP) at 1900 rpm and develops 1710 N.m @ 1200 rpm. The engine is turbocharged & charge air cooled and water cooled, with a Cummins Fuel System/EMC876 fuel system. It is built at the Dongfeng Cummins Plant and carries Euro III. Typical duty is trucks, buses, coaches and municipal vehicles; dry weight with flywheel and alternator is 940 Kg and the overall envelope is 1135mm*825mm*1159mm.
