How It Works
Under the OEM model our production lines and quality control reproduce your design blueprints and craftsmanship requirements exactly, from prototyping through to mass production. Under the ODM model you select from packaging designs our R&D team has already developed and brand them as your own, which removes most of the development cycle and its cost.
When OEM is the right route
You already have a structural drawing, a dieline and an approved colour reference. We quote against that file, cut the tooling and run it. Nothing about the design is reinterpreted.
When ODM is the right route
You have a product and a brand but no packaging engineering behind you. You choose from designs we hold, adjust dimensions and finishing, and put your artwork on it. The development cycle shortens to sampling.
What we need to quote
Dimensions in length, width and height, quantity, target delivery date and budget range, plus what goes inside - fragile, food, apparel - so the board and structure can be specified correctly.
Artwork formats we accept
AI, PDF, CDR, PSD and EPS. Send the working file rather than a flattened image wherever you can, so that foil, spot UV and die-cut layers stay separable.
The Six-Stage Customisation Process
Every order moves through the same six stages, whichever capability brought you here.
Clarify needs and communicate
You send dimensions (length, width, height), quantity, target delivery date and budget, plus brand positioning and what goes inside the pack - fragile goods, food, apparel. That is enough for us to propose a structure and a stock.
Design concepts and material selection
Work from your artwork or ask our designers to build it. Logo, colour system and slogan are placed on the structure, and we fix the material - cardboard, corrugated, kraft or speciality paper - together with the surface treatment.
Proofing and finalisation
We make a physical sample for you to check dimensions, colour, material feel and craftsmanship. Once you sign off, mass production is run strictly to that sample.
Sample assembly and trial assembly
Once the production dies and components are ready we assemble everything - paper structure, accessories, printed parts - to verify fit, opening and closing action and structural stability before the batch starts.
Mass production and processing
Printing, die-cutting and bonding run on automated equipment with mature colour control. You get regular progress feedback while the order is on the floor.
Quality inspection, packing and shipping
Every unit passes the pre-shipment check, then goes into standard exporting packaging. We send the tracking number once the shipment leaves.
Three Inspection Stages Not One
Most packaging defects are cheaper to catch before the press than after the carton is sealed.
Incoming materials
Paper weight, shade and board construction are checked against the approved sample before anything reaches the press.
In-process production
Colour, register, die-cut accuracy and glue lines are monitored while the run is on the machine.
Pre-shipment inspection
Dimensions, printing defects, glue separation and deformation are checked before cartons are sealed.
About 30% shorter than the industry-standard waiting period.

- Heidelberg offset press - Colour-controlled CMYK printing on card, art and coated stocks.
- Flat screen printing machine - Solid spot colours and speciality inks on textured and dark stocks.
- Hot stamping machine - Real metallic foil transfer for logos, borders and display type.
- Laminating (film) machine - Gloss and matt film for scuff resistance and a finished hand-feel.
- High-frequency heat pressing machine - Welded and heat-formed detail work on packaging accessories.

Can we get some samples? Are there any charges?
Yes. You can get available samples from our stock. Real samples are free; you cover the freight cost.
What file format do you want for printing?
AI, PDF, CDR, PSD or EPS. Send the working file rather than a flattened image so foil, spot UV and die-cut layers stay separable.
What are the trade and payment terms?
100% or 50% of the total value is paid before production starts. We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, PayPal and cash, and terms can be negotiated.
How do I know my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process stage are sent to you during production, and we supply the tracking number once the order ships.
How do we get a quote?
Send the specification: material, size, shape, colour, quantity and surface finishing. Dimensions and quantity alone are enough for an indicative price.
