Custom Paper Christmas Boxes for Seasonal Gift and Hamper Programmes
Printed gift and shipping boxes produced against a fixed seasonal delivery date.
What Goes Wrong on These Orders
Christmas boxes carry heavier, more awkward contents than the rest of the year - hampers, multipacks, bundled sets - and they ship at the busiest freight period there is.
What buyers need from the supplier
- Board strength rated for hamper and multipack weight
- Seasonal artwork printed consistently across a large run
- A production plan that clears peak-season freight
- Boxes that present as a gift and still ship as a carton
Packaging Specified for Paper Christmas Boxes
These are the bodies we normally build this programme on. All are customised to your dimensions, stock and artwork.

What the Schedule Looks Like
About 30% shorter than the industry-standard waiting period.
Samples are free; you cover the freight.
Low MOQ so you can test a design before a full run.
Per line, across bags, boxes, labels and wrapping paper.
From Enquiry to Approved Sample
The first three stages decide whether the rest of the programme runs cleanly.
Clarify needs and communicate
You send dimensions (length, width, height), quantity, target delivery date and budget, plus brand positioning and what goes inside the pack - fragile goods, food, apparel. That is enough for us to propose a structure and a stock.
Design concepts and material selection
Work from your artwork or ask our designers to build it. Logo, colour system and slogan are placed on the structure, and we fix the material - cardboard, corrugated, kraft or speciality paper - together with the surface treatment.
Proofing and finalisation
We make a physical sample for you to check dimensions, colour, material feel and craftsmanship. Once you sign off, mass production is run strictly to that sample.
Packaging We Have Built for This Use Case
Real production photography. Your programme is produced to your own dimensions, stock and artwork.

Paper Christmas Boxes - Buyer Questions
What is the lead time on a paper christmas boxes programme?
Physical samples take 5 to 7 days and bulk production runs 10 to 15 days after sample approval, so a full programme is typically 3 to 4 weeks from artwork to shipping, plus freight.
Can we order several designs in one production run?
Yes. The typical minimum is 500 pieces per design, so a multi-design range can be built without committing to container volumes on any single artwork.
Do the bags, boxes and labels come from the same plant?
Yes - printing, lamination, foil stamping and die-cutting all run in the same building in Dongguan, which is what keeps colour consistent across the different components of one pack.
How do we get an accurate price?
Send material, size, shape, colour, quantity and the surface finishing you want. Dimensions and quantity alone are enough for an indicative figure.
What shipping options are available?
Express via DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx in 3 to 5 working days, or sea freight in 10 to 30 working days. A tracking number is issued when the shipment moves.
