Start From The Sample, Not The Launch Date
Sample lead time is 3 to 7 days. Everything else in a launch plan follows from that point, because nothing should be ordered in volume before a physical sample has been approved.
Free samples are available so you can check colour and quality first. Building a plan that skips this stage saves a week and risks the whole order.
Production Timings You Can Hold A Plan Against
Orders of 50 to 300 pieces take 4 to 10 days. Orders of 301 to 1000 pieces take 5 to 15 days. Delivery time depends on order quantity and on whether the product is customised.
Customisation extends these figures, which is why a quotation should state the timing for your specific configuration rather than repeating the general range.
Choosing A Shipping Method
For samples and small orders we ship door to door by DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DPEX or EMS. For bulk orders we ship by sea, air or rail.
Shipping time is 3 to 9 days depending on which method you choose. That range is wide enough to decide a peak season, so it belongs in the plan rather than in the assumptions.
Build The Restock Before The Launch Sells Out
The most common launch failure is not a bad product. It is a successful launch with no restock in production, followed by six weeks of lost momentum.
Place the restock trigger against production plus transit, not against production alone. On a 5 to 15 day run with 3 to 9 days of transit, the decision point is earlier than most plans assume.

Payment Terms And Cash Flow
We accept PayPal, Western Union, T/T transfer and L/C, with terms negotiable on larger programmes. Which one you use affects when cash leaves the business relative to when stock arrives.
For a first order, the combination of a small run and courier delivery keeps both the commitment and the cash exposure low while you learn what the device sells at.
