- Tool CuttingOutsourced tooling adds cost and hides the schedule. Moulds are cut in our own tool room, which shortens the timeline and lowers your initial tooling cost.
- T1 Sample and CorrectionThe first shots always reveal something. Tool corrections are made here, so a revision does not restart the supplier chain.
- Approval and ProductionApproval without a written spec leads to drift on later runs. The approved sample fixes materials, colour and packaging in writing for every repeat order.

Who Owns The Mould
Your tool builds your product only, and tooling and 3D files stay under NDA. Ownership terms are agreed in writing at the start of the programme.
How Long Does A Private Mould Take
It varies with part complexity. We give you a stage-by-stage schedule with the tooling quotation rather than a single optimistic date.
Can We Reuse Existing Electronics In A New Housing
