Own Brand Packaging Packed With The Goods

Packaging done in the same building as production, so there is no second handling step and no second supplier to chase.

Stage By Stage

From Artwork To Loaded Carton

The point of doing this in-house is that a print error is caught before the goods are packed, not after they land.

  1. Artwork Intake

Files arrive in the wrong format or without bleed.

We tell you exactly what we need per pack format before you brief your designer.

  2. Dieline And Proof

A pack that looks right on screen can foul the product.

You get a dieline and a physical proof with the actual product inside it before print is released.

  3. Barcode Verification

One unreadable barcode stops a delivery at goods-in.

Barcodes are checked against your numbers and verified before the print run.

  4. Pack Format Trial

Multipack counts get decided too late.

Counts and hang formats are trialled on a short run so the retail pack is fixed before volume.

  5. Pack On The Line

Third party packing adds a handling step and a failure point.

Goods are sleeved, tabbed and cartoned where they are made.

  6. Hold For Reorder

    Reprints drift from the original.

Approved artwork and the physical proof are held so a reorder matches what is already on your shelf.

What You Get

What This Removes From Your Job

  • A separate packaging supplier to brief, chase and pay
  • Print errors discovered after the container has landed
  • Barcode rejections at goods-in
  • Guesswork about whether the pack actually fits the product
  • Version drift between the first order and the reorder
