Packing Format

Carton Specification
Problem: An unmeasured carton wastes container height on every layer

Container Modelling
Problem: Freight quoted per container tells you nothing per unit

Mixed Loads

How we handle it: Every model page carries its own carton and container figures so a mixed load can be added up in a spreadsheet
Shipping Marks
Problem: Cartons arrive at the DC without the marks the warehouse scans
How we handle it: Carton shipping marks printed to your distribution centre specification
Weights
Problem: Gross and net weights missing from the pack list slow customs clearance

BS04 and BS18 at 24300 pcs in a 20 ft GP and 58500 pcs in a 40 ft HQ, packed 60 pcs per 47 x 45 x 33 cm carton.
Which model is the heaviest to ship?
IK0330T at 2050 g per unit with a 21.5 kg gross carton, loading 1900 pcs into a 20 ft GP.
Are container figures published for every model?
No. The original DANQ data publishes carton and container figures for the models where they were recorded. Where a figure is missing we confirm it before you order rather than estimate it.
Can you change the pieces per carton?
Carton count follows the packing format. Tell us the format you need and we quote the resulting carton size and container loading.
Do you print our shipping marks on the carton?
Yes. Customised carton marking for retail distribution centres is part of the standard OEM offer.
