What Gets Checked And When
Incoming Material
Mesh, mouldings and electrical components checked against the model specification before they reach the line
Grid Assembly
Mesh layers aligned and fitted, guard layers added on three layer models
Electrical Test
High voltage output checked against the published rating for the model
Charge Test
Rechargeable models charged and discharged on each supported cord and cable type
Weight And Dimension
Finished weight checked against the published tolerance, typically plus or minus 5 g
Packing Check
Carton count, carton dimensions and shipping marks verified before container loading
Named Numbered And Dated

Which certificate names which model?
The CE EMC attestation from LCIE Bureau Veritas China names BS01, BS02, JC-11, FLY01 and FL01NGSP. Individual model pages state the certificates recorded for that model. Ask us and we send the documents so you can check the references yourself.
Do you have customer references we can contact?
We do not publish customer names or reviews. Buyers of this category usually prefer their supplier relationships stay private, and we hold ourselves to the same rule.
What is inspected before a container is loaded?
Grid output against the model rating, charging on rechargeable models, finished weight against the published tolerance, then carton count, carton dimensions and shipping marks.
