Duplex Pick-Fill-Seal Packaging

The BHP-360D combines automatic pouch picking, opening, filling and sealing in a horizontal packaging system. Its duplex configuration is designed for continuous pouch packaging at 80–100 ppm, while the automatic pouch handling system helps maintain stable production during long operating cycles.

The filling system can be configured according to the product characteristics, target filling volume and required accuracy.

The same duplex platform covers the zipper configuration previously listed as BHP-360DZ (stand-up / zipper pouches for capsules, tablets and softgels), as shown in the factory video above.

Full Servo Pouch Magazine

The BHP-360D uses a servo-driven pouch magazine and pouch picking system to improve pouch feeding stability. The servo pouch handling system helps control pouch positioning and picking more accurately, reducing feeding abnormalities and unnecessary pouch return during automatic operation. This is particularly useful when packaging products in different pre-made pouch formats.

Pouch pick inspection

A pouch inspection station has been added after the pouch picking station:

• Height inspection: This primarily ensures the aesthetic quality of the pouch seal and significantly reduces issues with uneven seal thickness.
• Thickness inspection: This detects irregularities in pouch picking, such as accidentally grabbing multiple pouches stuck together.
• Code inspection: This feature is included for applications involving printed codes or QR codes.

Intelligent No-Fill Protection

The BHP-360D is equipped with pouch detection functions to help prevent filling errors during automatic operation.

• No Pouch, No Fill: If no pouch is detected after pouch picking, the filling system will not operate.
• Pouch Not Opened, No Fill: If the pouch is not properly opened, the filling process will not start.

These functions help reduce product spillage, pouch waste and filling errors caused by missing or improperly opened pouches.

The BHP-360D is particularly suitable for applications where stable pouch handling, accurate filling and hygienic machine construction are important.
