A beverage pouch fails at the seal, and the seal fails when product wets it. Boevan uses diving nozzles that fill below the liquid line and lift clear before sealing, plus spout insertion and capping stations where the pouch carries a fitment.

Factory inspection reports come as standard. Third-party reports such as SGS, UL or CSA can be arranged — tell the project manager which standard your market requires before the order is confirmed so it is built into the specification rather than retro-fitted.

Around 45 working days for a standard machine. Customised configurations take longer, and the exact date depends on order quantity and the current production schedule.
