The Three Things That Go Wrong With Jewelry Sourcing
The finish drifts between orders
When plating is subcontracted batch by batch, nobody owns the recipe, and the third order comes back a different gold tone from the first. Our plating line is in the same building as the casting and the setting, so the recipe stays with your account.
The restock arrives too late to matter
A marketplace listing that goes out of stock loses rank it took months to earn. Holding roughly 3 million pieces in the warehouse is what lets a proven style ship in 48 hours instead of four weeks.
The sample is not what production makes
The sample here is made on the same line, with the same mould, the same setters and the same plating as the bulk order. Approve the physical piece, keep it, and judge every later order against it.

Sixteen Steps From Your Drawing to a Packed Order
This is the sequence the factory documents for every piece it makes. The slow steps - stone setting and polishing - are the ones done by hand, and they are the ones that decide whether a piece comes back.
- Concept and DesignCAD drawing and 3D rendering from your sketch, sample or reference photo.
- Plate MakingThe master pattern is cut and finished by hand before any mould is made.
- Manufacture of MouldsSilicone moulds are cut from the master so the shape repeats exactly.
- Mould Injection WaxWax is injected into the mould to produce the pattern for each piece.
- Wax InlayStones that are cast in place are set into the wax at this stage.
- Growing Wax TreesWax patterns are assembled onto a sprue tree ready for investment.
- High Temperature Furnace MeltingBrass, silver or steel is melted and poured into the invested flask.
- Cutting TableCast pieces are cut from the tree and the sprue marks are removed.
- SandingEach piece is sanded to take out casting texture before finishing.
- Buckle and ChainClasps, jump rings and chain sections are fitted to the body.
- WeldingJoints and findings are welded so the piece holds under daily wear.
- GrindingBarrel and wheel grinding evens the surface across the whole batch.
- Stone SettingCubic zirconia, moissanite and opal are set by hand, stone by stone.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Guangzhou BlueOne Jewelry Co., Ltd. has designed and manufactured jewelry in the Xiaoping Jewelry Creative Industry Park in Panyu, Guangzhou since 2013. Casting, stone setting, polishing, plating and assembly all happen in our own workshop.
What materials do you work in?
Brass, 925 sterling silver and stainless steel, plated in yellow gold, white gold or rose gold, and set with cubic zirconia, moissanite or opal.
Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
Yes - both. You can send us your own design to manufacture, or start from a style our design team has developed and sell it under your own brand. Custom made service is part of what we do rather than an exception.
How quickly can an order ship?
Most of the catalogue is held in stock and dispatches within 48 hours of a confirmed order. Styles that need to be produced are quoted with a lead time at the time of the quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It is quoted per style rather than published as one figure, because a stock style and a new development are different situations. Send the styles and quantities you are considering and you will get a direct answer.
Can you supply test reports for my market?
Third-party testing can be arranged. The specific certifications held are listed as TBC on this site because we would rather confirm them against your market's requirements in writing than publish a claim you then have to check.
