The Minimum Problem
The problem. Most factories quote a minimum because tooling and set up have to be spread over a run.
How we handle it. We charge tooling separately and openly, which removes the reason for a minimum. Order the quantity you need.
Costing a Small Run
The problem. At low volume the tooling dominates, so the unit price looks alarming until it is split out.
How we handle it. The quote shows tooling once and unit price per quantity break, so you can see the crossover point before deciding.
Testing a Range
The problem. Committing to eight designs at full volume is how brands end up with dead stock.
How we handle it. Tool all eight, order a small quantity of each, then repeat only the designs that sold. Repeat runs skip the tooling.

Is there really no minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ limitation on lapel pins, metal badges, customized keychains and soft PVC shoe charms. Tooling is still charged once per shape.
Does a small order take longer?
No. Samples run 8 to 10 days and orders 12 to 20 days regardless of quantity, with soft PVC shoe charms around 8 to 15 days.
Can I add a second design to an order already in production?
If the mould for it is ready, usually yes. Ask before the first run is packed.
