The Minimum
Tooling is quoted separately and openly, which removes the reason for a minimum order quantity. Forty pieces is a normal order here.

The Unchecked Carton
Quality is our top priority. We take 100 percent inspection before shipping, so the first person to open a carton is not your stand manager.
From Your Artwork to a Packed Carton
One factory handles tooling, moulding, plating, colour fill and packing, so artwork questions get answered by the people holding the mould rather than by a trading desk.
Artwork Review
We redraw the design as clean line art, mark where colour walls are needed and send it back before anything is cut.
Quotation
Tooling, unit price and packing are quoted separately, so you can see what changes when the quantity changes.
Mould Making
The mould is engraved from the approved line art and proofed against it before any production material is loaded.
Sampling
A physical sample goes out in 8 to 10 days. Once you sign it, it becomes the reference for the whole run.
Production
The run takes 12 to 20 days and we answer email within 24 hours while it is on the floor.
Colour and Finish
Paste is mixed to the Pantone reference and compared to the signed sample under daylight.
Inspection
We take 100 percent inspection before shipping, checking colour, fitting and attachment.
Packing and Despatch
Polybags, backer cards, pouches and boxes are packed to your spec, then the shipping mode you choose sets the delivery date.
