- The diameter or the overall height and width
- Where it will stand: inland, coastal, poolside or indoors
- The finish you want: mirror, brushed, matt or colour
- The fixing you already have, or a photograph of the base
- The quantity and the date it has to be on site
What Happens Next
- We reply with the grade and wall thickness we would build it in
- A price and a lead time follow, normally within one working day
- Shop drawings are issued for large commissions before production
- Production starts on a 50 percent T/T deposit
- Photographs of the finished batch are sent for approval
- The balance is invoiced, then the crate ships from Shenzhen
