How heavy is the canvas you use?
It varies by style; several bags in this range are made in a heavy 24 oz canvas, which is stated on the bag itself. Because greige cotton is woven in-house, the weight can be specified on the order rather than left to whatever roll is in stock. Ask for the weight to be written on your specification so quotes stay comparable.
Can I get the same bag in several sizes?
Yes. The boat tote in this range is already made in a three-size ladder, and the same artwork can run across the sizes. Print size has to be adjusted per size, which is a separate screen set-up for each.
Does canvas take fine detail printing?
Less well than a smooth cotton. A coarse heavy weave breaks up hairlines and small type. If your artwork is a fine illustration, either simplify it for canvas or move to a smoother lighter cotton body.
Can you copy a canvas bag I already sell?
Send the physical bag. It is measured and the fabric, handle and construction are matched, then a pre-production sample is made for your approval before bulk. Copying a physical sample removes far more risk than matching a written description.
