An Export Desk Attached To Two Production Lines

A reusable bag programme fails on the boring details: the shade of the trim is wrong, the print cracks after ten washes, the trolley frame arrives bent, or the container misses the promotion date. We sit between the buyer and two bag factories and take those failure points off the buyer's desk.

Over twenty years of export trading with the same two production plants, weaving, screen printing, embroidery, sewing and inspection under factory control, a dedicated sample team, and shipments already running to Germany, Finland, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Singapore and the United States.

Main production building. Sampling, bulk sewing, printing and packing sit on one site, so a sample that is approved does not have to be re-engineered somewhere else for bulk.

Weaving hall. Greige cotton fabric is woven in-house, which is why plain cotton and canvas bodies can be quoted against a fabric weight rather than against whatever roll a trader happens to hold.
