Stage One Tell Us The Product And The Market

The fastest enquiries name the product type, the target quantity and the destination market. The market matters because it determines whether certification and marking are required, and that has to be settled before production rather than after. Send us pictures or a sample of something close if you have one.

Stage Two Samples

We make samples in 5 to 7 days. This is the point to judge lens clarity, strap tension, fit over a helmet or spectacles, and how the goggle actually looks in your packaging. Decisions made from photographs get reversed at this stage, which is why we would rather you hold the sample first.

Stage Three Branding And Packaging

Logo placement on the frame, printed strap webbing, lens tint, pouch, retail box and carton marking are all settled here. Send artwork in a printable format. This stage is where schedules most often slip, because artwork approval sits with the customer's marketing team rather than the buyer.

Stage Four Deposit And Production

Production runs 30 to 45 days after we receive the deposit, depending on quantity. The approved sample stays with the line as the reference. Inspection runs at 100% during production rather than as a sample check at the end.

Stage Five Packing And Shipment

Packaging condition is verified before shipment and cartons are marked to your requirement. We ask that you inspect the goods when they arrive and send photos or video of anything damaged, so that it can be dealt with while it is still traceable.

Stage Six The Repeat Order

The second order is where a factory relationship proves itself. Tooling, coating references and the approved sample stay with us, so a repeat is a repeat rather than a redevelopment. Tell us which previous run you are matching to when you place it.
