Sports goggles and safety eyewear: ski and snowboard goggles, cycling and photochromic sunglasses, motorcycle and MX goggles with detachable masks, tactical and military goggles, industrial safety glasses and goggles, ball sports goggles and pet goggles. Ninety-eight models are in production today, and we develop new ones to customer drawings.
Who We Are
YiXi Industrial Co., Limited has spent more than ten years making one family of products: safety and sports goggles and glasses. We are based in Guangzhou, close to Baiyun International Airport and Guangzhou Port, which is a practical advantage when samples have to move quickly and containers have to leave on time.
What We Run
Four automatic production lines, two of them in dust-free workshops. Frames and lens blanks are injection moulded here. Lens coating for anti-fog, hard coating and mirror finishes runs on our own line. Assembly, strap fitting and packing happen in the same building. Nothing central to the product is subcontracted, which is why we can answer a technical question without asking someone else first.
How We Develop Products
We have an in-house product development team and a production team that works alongside it. That is what makes ODM practical: a concept is reviewed against what can actually be moulded and assembled by the people who will have to mould and assemble it, rather than being sent out and coming back as a drawing nobody can build.
How We Control Quality
The factory operates an ISO 9001 quality system and has passed a BSCI social compliance audit. Products in the range carry CE, ANSI and AS/NZS certification depending on model. Inspection runs at 100% during production rather than as a sample check at the end, and packaging condition is verified before shipment.
Who We Work With
Most of our customers sell under their own brand: eyewear importers and wholesalers, sporting goods and outdoor labels, PPE distributors, tactical and airsoft retailers, and pet brands. We are the factory behind the name on the strap, and we are comfortable with that being the arrangement.
