Do you accept OEM orders?
Yes. Every model in the catalogue is listed as Fresh Lemon or OEM, so any of them can ship under your own brand and in your own packaging. Tell us the model codes, the quantity, the colour and the packaging format and we will quote against it.
Which certifications do you hold?
FCC, CE and RoHS are stated across the power bank range, together with a twelve month warranty. Ask us for copies against the specific model codes on your order and check that the scope covers those models, since a certificate for a sibling model is the most common reason a shipment is queried.
What does a dash mean on your specification tables?
It means the value is not stated on that model sheet, and we would rather show that than invent a figure. Send us the model code and the value you need and we will confirm it in writing before you order or publish a listing.
Can you change the colour of a model?
Several models are already listed in multiple colours, and a colour outside that list is usually a question of minimum quantity rather than feasibility. Tell us the colour reference and the quantity and we will tell you whether it works at that volume.
