Do you offer OEM?
Yes. OEM and brand products are both offered across all five catalog families. Bear in mind that when the carton carries your name, the labelling obligations in your market are yours; we print what you specify but cannot advise on what your regulator requires.
How should I specify blood collection tubes?
By draw volume in millilitres and by the additive, not by cap colour. The colour convention is not the same in every market, and it is the most common source of confusion in a cross-border order. Name the additive and we can quote directly from the catalog.
Can you supply the analyzer and the strips together?
Yes, and the strips are the part worth thinking about. An analyzer is bought once; the strips are bought every month for as long as it runs, so ask about continuity of the strip supply before the instrument specification. An analyzer whose strips become unavailable is a shelf ornament with a power cable.
