The production line
Fabric in one end, finished rollers out the other.
Every machine we build is designed to sit in the same line. Start with one station or take the whole sequence — the handover points stay the same.

Slitting
Full-width fabric is slit into strips sized for your roller diameters.

Winding
Strips are wound onto PP cores and bonded by thermofusion — no adhesive.

Finishing
Wound tubes are cut, carded, bevelled and sheared into roller covers.

Assembly
Covers, end caps and inner tubes are brought together automatically.

Cages
Wire is cut, formed and assembled into the roller cages.

Our patented thermofusion process bonds fabric to the PP core without adhesive — the heart of a modern roller cover line, running 2,000 pieces an hour with one operator.
